Sarah’s Top Tips for the Week

  • Batch sides early. Make extra rice or roast a large pan of vegetables to repurpose throughout the week.
  • Marinate in advance. The Korean steak and hot honey chicken deepen in flavor if you prep them a few hours ahead or the night before.
  • Repurpose slow-cooked beef. Use leftover pot roast for sandwiches, tacos, or a quick lunch the next day.
  • Trust the risotto method. This zucchini risotto is forgiving—no constant stirring required for a creamy finish.
  • Swap vegetables freely. If you’re out of zucchini or peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, or frozen vegetable blends are great substitutes.
