Berry Parfait Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup strawberries sliced
- flaked almonds

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and orange juice until smooth.

Gently fold in the blueberries and sliced strawberries so the fruit stays in chunks.

Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top. Sprinkle flaked almonds over each for a bit of crunch.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for about 5 hours, or until fully set. To remove, run the mold briefly under warm water and gently pull the popsicles free.
