Cocoa Bomb Recipe
Place about 3 cups of candy melts or chopped melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds, until fully melted and smooth. Slow, gentle heating helps the chocolate stay glossy and release easily from the mold.

Spoon the melted chocolate into each half-sphere of the silicone mold. Use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate evenly across the sides and bottom until each cavity is well coated. Repeat for all cavities.
Place the filled molds in the freezer for 2–3 minutes to set. Remove and add a second thin layer of chocolate, paying special attention to the edges to ensure sturdy seams once the halves are joined.

Freeze again until the shells are completely set. Gently flex the silicone mold to release the chocolate halves. Wearing food-safe gloves or working with cool, dry hands helps avoid fingerprints on the shiny chocolate.

Place one packet of hot chocolate mix into a chocolate half. If needed, use the inverted mold as a stand—place the filled halves between molds so they stay upright while you assemble. Mini marshmallows are a cute optional addition.

If the remaining chocolate has hardened, reheat it gently and spoon about 3–4 tablespoons into a decorating bag. Snip a small tip off the bag and pipe a ring of chocolate around the rim of a filled half. Quickly align and press a second empty half on top to form a sealed sphere. Hold for about 15 seconds until the seam begins to set.

Drizzle additional melted chocolate over each sphere for decoration, then top with sprinkles while the drizzle is still soft so they adhere.

Finish with your chosen sprinkles for a festive fall look.
