Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • shrimp
  • 2 lemons juice only
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 pkg Mann’s Kohlrabi Linguine

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and stir in the red pepper flakes. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Prepare the kohlrabi linguine according to the package directions. Drain and add the linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the lemon-garlic butter and shrimp.
