At the holidays my schedule fills up fast. Between work, shopping, school activities and volunteer duties, full-on meal planning can feel overwhelming. I still want to feed my family well, but I don’t always have the time or energy to prepare an elaborate dinner.
That’s where shortcuts that still taste like the holidays come in handy. This Thanksgiving Dinner Casserole layers familiar components—stuffing, turkey with gravy, peas, and mashed potatoes—into a single, comforting dish that’s ready in about half an hour. It’s a lifesaver on busy evenings when you want a hearty, satisfying meal without a lot of fuss.

I discovered On-Cor’s Gravy & Sliced White Meat Turkey in the frozen section and it inspired a streamlined casserole that brings together the best parts of a Thanksgiving plate. Because the entrée is fully cooked and includes gravy, it significantly reduces prep time while delivering classic turkey-and-gravy flavor.

THANKSGIVING DINNER CASSEROLE
I usually make a full Thanksgiving spread once a year, but my family loves those flavors year-round. This casserole lets me recreate the comfort of the holiday meal without spending all day in the kitchen. It’s ideal for weeknights, potlucks, or when you want a familiar, crowd-pleasing dinner without extra effort.
To keep the recipe simple, use a boxed stuffing mix if you like—no need to pull out complicated stuffing recipes when time is short. The casserole is flexible: use homemade or store-bought mashed potatoes, fresh or thawed frozen peas, and a convenient cooked turkey entrée with gravy.

HOW TO MAKE AN EASY THANKSGIVING CASSEROLE
This casserole is built in layers and is forgiving, so it’s great for busy cooks. Start with a base of stuffing, then add the sliced turkey and peas, spoon a little gravy over the layers, and finish with mashed potatoes. If you prefer, stir peas into the mashed potatoes before spreading them on top.
Because the turkey entrée is fully cooked, assembly takes only a few minutes. The oven does the rest while you finish a few chores, help with homework, or set the table. The result is a warm, filling dish that tastes like Thanksgiving and satisfies hungry kids and adults alike.
