- ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened

- Pinch flaky sea salt
To make a full batch of vanilla cinnamon honey butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the softened butter in a small bowl until smooth and fluffy. Stir in the honey until fully combined.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula to incorporate any remaining honey.
- Split the butter if desired: keep one container plain and flavor the other with vanilla, cinnamon, and powdered sugar to taste.
