Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Garlic Lemon Butter Shrimp
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- shrimp
- 2 lemons juice only
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 pkg Mann’s Kohlrabi Linguine
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and stir in the red pepper flakes. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Prepare the kohlrabi linguine according to the package directions. Drain and add the linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the lemon-garlic butter and shrimp.
